Ally is a Senior Acting Major at Boston University who is originally from the Washington DC Metropolitan area. This is her first time with Company One and she is thrilled to have been a part of the Displaced Hindu God Trilogy. Thank you to the Boston University Faculty, Company One, and all the friends and family who have made this project a truly memorable experience. -

Aila is thrilled to be working with Company One and making her theatre debut in Boston! Chicago theatre credits include Me, My Mom, and Sharmila Tagore u/s(Catharsis Productions), Brahman/I u/s (Silk Road Rising), The Lark (Promethean Ensemble Theatre), and The Elephant and the Whale u/s(Chicago Children's Theatre). In making his debut with Company One Theatre, Jeffrey is thankful for the opportunity to work with such a talented cast and crew. He is also pleased to be back in Boston after recent stints with the Salem Theatre Company. He has previously appeared with the Lyric Stage Company of Boston, Zeitgeist Stage Company and has understudied at the Huntington Theatre Company. He is sure you will enjoy your mystical journey. -

Stephanie is stoked to be a part of Company One Theatre’s THE DISPLACED HINDU GODS TRILOGY. A Miami native and Boston newbie, Stephanie is proud to also work on the Company One Theatre staff as an Education Associate and Teaching Artist. Favorite acting credits include: VICKI’S SECRET (The Mad Dash), BACHELORETTE (Orlando International Fringe Festival), and LES LIASONS DANGEREUSES (Theatre UCF). Directing credits include: T-BONE N WEASEL (Theatre UCF) and THIS IS HOW IT GOES (Theatre UCF). Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.F.A in Acting. She would like to thank the Company One Theatre staff for their continued inspiration and support. -
Payal Sharma
Payal is excited to make her Company One debut with The Displaced Hindu Gods Trilogy: Shiv. A native of the Boston area, Payal spends a good chunk of her life on stage! She is the artistic staff member and a performer of The Genki Spark, a pan-Asian, all-women’s arts and advocacy group, and MC/hosts numerous open mic nights and community events. Payal is a student at UMASS Amherst’s University Without Walls program, and a social justice educator and non-profit consultant. -
Pearl Shin
Pearl is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be reunited with Company One. Following a hiatus from acting upon graduating from Boston College in 2012, she is excited to reenter Boston’s thriving theater community. She most recently took part in Unreliable Narrator’sHuman Contact at the Boston Playwright’s Theatre. She would like to thank God, her family, friends, Patricia Riggin, and the passionate, devoted, and gracious team at Company One. -
Michael Dwan Singh
Michael is excited to be acting in his second C1 production. Past credits include Musa in BENGAL TIGER AT THE BAGHDAD ZOO (Company One), Muhammad Tughlaq in TUGHLAQ (SAATh) and Ali in THE LAND (Fort Point Theatre). Off script, he is an avid music producer and sarangi player, trained in indian classical music under the lineage of Sultan Khan. His band, The Shadow Notes, launches their album this fall.

Aditi Brennan Kapil
ADITI KAPIL is an actress, writer, and director, of Bulgarian and Indian descent. She was raised in Sweden, and resides in Minneapolis, MN. She has performed extensively in the Twin Cities and around the country, her writing has been nationally produced to critical acclaim. Her play 'Love Person' received the 2009 Stavis Playwriting Award. Her play, 'Agnes Under the Big Top, a tall tale,' was selected as a Distinguished New Play Development project by the NEA as administered by Arena Stage, and recently premiered at Mixed Blood Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre, and Borderlands Theatre. Her latest work, the Displaced Hindu Gods Trilogy, consisting of the plays 'Brahman/i, a one-hijra stand-up comedy show', 'The Chronicles of Kalki', and 'Shiv', premiered in repertory at Mixed Blood Theatre in October 2013. Aditi is currently working on commissions from Yale Repertory Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, and South Coast Repertory Theatre. -

Steve is excited to be working with Company One for the first time. Other credits include: Sound Designer for Actors' Shakespeare Project's “Henry VIII”, Boston Children's Theatre's productions of "Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse", "A Year with Frog and Toad", "Footloose", "Little Women", "Spring Awakening" and “Pinkalicious”, Assistant Sound Designer for ASP's production of “Troilus and Cressida”. Steve holds a Bachelor's of Science in Audio and Media Technology from The New England Institute of Art and works as the Sound Engineer for the Theatre Department at Brandeis University. -
Raissa Bretana
Raissa is thrilled to join the Company One team with Brahman/i, The Chronicles of Kalki, and Shiv. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Costume Design from Boston University's College of Fine Arts. During her time there, Raissa designed several productions for the Boston University Opera Institute, including La clemenza di Tito and Amahl and the Night Visitors. She spent the past season as the Huntington Theatre Company's Costumes Professional Intern and worked on productions such as The Jungle Book, The Seagull, Venus in Fur, and Becoming Cuba. In addition, she also designs the costumes for Cambridge Historical Tours. She is currently pursuing a career in curating costume exhibitions and recently joined the Museum of Fine Arts staff as the Textile and Fashion Arts Department intern. -

Liz is a third year MFA candidate in Scenic Design. Scenic Design credits METAMORPHOSIS, OSAMA THE HERO, MISALLIANCE. She has been a freelance Properties Artist credits NEIGHBORS, BOOK OF GRACE (Company One), KISS ME KATE, FAUST, MY FAIR LADY (Utah Festival Opera), A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, THE WHIPPING MAN, A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM, (Indiana Repertory Theatre), ON THE TOWN, THE CHOSEN, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, SOUTHERN COMFORT (Barrington Stage Company). She is delighted to be part of such a talented team of storytellers! -
Vivian Yee
Vivian has worked in just about every facet of theatre over the course of her decade in the business, but she always feels most at home in her stage manager's hat. Favorite productions include PRISCILLA DREAMS THE ANSWER (Fresh Ink Theatre Company), BLOOD WEDDING (Northeastern University), TAMING OF THE SHREW (Actors' Shakespeare Project), BOBBY GOULD IN HELL (Fortnight Collective), MOLASSACRE (Northeastern University). She is a proud graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Theatre Arts. This is her first production with Company One Theatre. -
Kayla Prata
Kayla, known to some by the moniker "KP," recently returned from a summer as the Assistant Company Manager for Williamstown Theatre Festival. Recent Stage Management credits include American Repertory Theatre (Swing Stage Manager, THE DONKEY SHOW), Punchdrunk Theatre Company (Assistant Stage Manager, THE DROWNED MAN: A LIVE PREVIEW), and Huntington Theatre Company (Production Assistant, VENUS IN FUR). Kayla is a graduate of the BFA Stage Management program at Boston University. -
Kcarie Lynn Ingerson
Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Kcarie is a recent graduate of North Dakota State University with a BFA in Theatre Design and Technology. She has since traveled cross country working with various theatres and meeting beautifully diverse people. Favorite productions have included THE ALTAR BOYZ, 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL (Stage Manager), and ANON(YMOUS) (Lighting Designer). Kcarie is thrilled to begin a new chapter of her career in Boston with Company One Theatre! -
Samantha Layco
This is Sam’s first production with Company One Theatre and in Boston. She is excited to work with such an innovative and diverse company. Her past work includes SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS, HOOTERS, FUDDY MEERS, URINETOWN, and OUR TOWN with the University of Portland; and Nomadic Theatre’s premiere of ALICE IN WONDERLAND written by Conor Eifler. Christine Goldman
Christine Goldman (assistant props designer) is new to the Boston area after years working in NYC at the Atlantic Theater Company, Roundabout Theater Company, Signature Theater Company, The Public, and three seasons at Williamstown Theater Festival. She is excited to join the Boston theater community, thanks to all for welcoming her. -
Eva Bond
A recent graduate of Bennington College, Eva has worked as an Assistant to the Director for Syracuse Stage, the Huntington Theater, and the Living Room Theatre. For Bennington College she directed a production of MACHINAL in 2014 and self produced and directed a production of COWBOY MOUTH in 2012. New to the city of Boston, Eva Bond is excited to the explore questions of race, gender, and economic bias that exist in this diverse community. -
Kevin Thurber
Kevin is happy to work on THE DISPLACED HINDU GODS TRILOGY, his first production with Company One. He is currently working towards a Bachelors of Science degree at The New England Institute of Art in Brookline. Kevin also works in and around the Boston-area as a freelance audio engineer. -
Paul Fox
Paul Fox grew up in London and gained a B.A in Theatre Design from Nottingham Trent University. He continued to focus on his fascination with the visual elements of theatre and started photographing performance. Working with theatre companies in London and New York, documenting the development of shows from the rehearsal room to the final dress rehearsal. He has worked as company photographer at the Williamstown Theatre Festival for past two seasons 2013/2014. His photographs have been featured in The New York Times and The Boston Globe.
