How is Membership different from a Subscription?
Our Membership Program is a way to build community. Unlike a more traditional subscription model, with Membership there are no prepaid packages or large upfront financial commitments. Membership is completely flexible! You can choose the shows you want, when you want.
Are tickets included in the cost of Membership?
No. Your Membership contribution does not include tickets.
Members will be alerted when the Early Access period is open in order to book discounted tickets before the general public.
Does Membership come with reserved seats?
Most Company One productions and events are general admission.
However, supporters at the $175 level do receive reserved seating at Studio Sessions.
Supporters at the $500 level may receive reserved seating for select performances upon request.
How do I book my discounted tickets?
Members will receive a special discount code for each production before tickets go on sale to the general public, as well as a link to purchase your discounted tickets online and/or a box office phone number. Because we produce in a variety of venues throughout the year, we work with different Box Office partners, and the instructions may vary from production to production.
I’m still not sure how to book my tickets. Can you help?
Yes! New this season, we will have a Member Hotline for any questions related to your Membership. You can call us directly at 617-292-7110 on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2-5pm, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
By becoming a Member, will I be guaranteed tickets to shows I want to see, when I want to see them?
No. All Member tickets are subject to availability. We strongly encourage our Members to utilize their Early Access benefit to make sure to book their discounted tickets before a show sells out.
If you are considering becoming a Member in order to see a show that is already on-sale, please be sure to check that seats are still available for purchase. If a show is sold out, seats may not be available regardless of your new Membership status.
Can I give Membership as a gift?
Sure! Simply make your membership contribution online and then email email@example.com with your name and the recipient’s contact information including their name, telephone number, email and mailing addresses.
